What we collect

Account data: your email address and store name. Store data: product information you sync (names, SKUs, descriptions, attributes, categories, prices, stock status, image and product URLs). Search queries sent from your storefront, used to return results and to operate the service.

What we don’t collect

The plugin doesn’t send customer, order or payment data from your store. Payment details for your subscription are handled by Paddle and never reach our servers.

How we use it

To provide search, send account and usage emails, and bill your subscription. We don’t sell data.

Retention and deletion

Deleting your account deletes your indexed products. Contact support to request deletion of your account data.
