The service

VectorShopper for WooCommerce, by AXYZ Software, provides hosted product search for WooCommerce stores through a WordPress plugin and an API. You are responsible for the product data you send and for keeping your API key secret.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Plan limits are based on the number of indexed products. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to process unlawful content, attempt to access other customers’ data, or place unreasonable load on the API.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. If the service is unavailable, your store’s native search continues to work.

Termination

You can cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
