Each published, searchable product counts once. Variations (like sizes and colours) are included with their parent product and don’t count separately. Hidden, draft and unpriced products aren’t indexed.

Yes, any time from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades apply immediately with a prorated credit.

Cancel from your account page in one click. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your store moves to the Free plan. You can undo a cancellation before it takes effect.

We email you at 80% and when you pass your limit. New products keep being indexed for a 10% grace margin; beyond that, new products wait until you upgrade. Search keeps working and existing products keep updating.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle calculates and collects sales tax or VAT where it applies, and issues your invoices.
